In kid’s training for soccer, there are two types of stretching, dynamic and static stretching that are integrated.

In static stretching, players stretch their muscles to a certain point of resistance and then hold for some period of time. Rebounding, rhythmic bouncing, and recurring motions are involved in dynamic stretching. In comparison with static stretching, it is more risky and less useful.

1.   Make elaborate plans: To become a successful coach, you need to plan carefully and systematically. When deciding the team goals and the timelines to achieve them, involve the players and take their opinions into consideration too. The team’s progress is affected when the timelines are not met and desired results are not realized.

Once you’ve finalized the plan, remain committed to it but allow flexibility for minor adjustments. Even the best plans need modifications due to unanticipated situations.

2. Kids should enjoy being a part of practice sessions: Design your practice schedule in a way that includes a variety of drills, activities, fun-filled games and exercise so that the kids don’t feel the monotony. Know that when you punish, the players get distraught while being compassionate and encouraging leads to good ideas and positive energy.

5. Keep a balance: A training field is the best place to help the kids recognize their soccer skills and talent. It is accepted that all the players in a team are different ranging from the best to the worst. It is a part of your job to make sure that the best players take it upon themselves to improve the performance of the poor ones.

Group the bad players with the good ones so that the bad players learn from their good counterparts during and after the sessions. It is crucial that you do not make any sort of comparison between the players ever.
